20% deposit is due upon booking - this is non refundable.

A further 30% is due 3 months before the event begins - this is non-refundable.

The final 50% is due 1 month before the event begins.

A 3% charge will be added to the quoted  price to help cover the Secpay charges.

80% of this final instalment will be returned in the event of your having to cancel for good reason.

Due to numbers being limited to 12 per event, this pattern has to be adhered to so as to disappoint no-one and plan ahead for booking all aspects of the study tour.
